Subject: Embargo on Sign-out Ceremony

Date: 21st September, 2023

This is to inform all Students expecially final year students (NCE III) that the College Management has placed embargo on "sign-out" exercise.

Further to that, all events associated with this immoral exercise are henceforth prohibited in the College regardless of day and time, and in whatever disguise.

Students are therefore strictly warned to desist from them.

Any violators will be sanctioned in accordance with the rules and regulations of the College.
