Subject: Screening Exercise

The Management at its meeting held on Tuesday 25th July, 2023 resolved that all students undergo screening in preparation for the Second Semester Examinations.
In the light of the above, I am directed to inform all NCE Students (NCE 1-3) that screening exercise and verification of payment receipts will be conducted from Monday 14th August - Friday 25th August, 2023 (2 weeks).
All students are therefore directed to come for the screening with the following documents.
a. Duly signed course registration forms
b. Receipt of payment of school fees for 2022/2023 session
c. NCE 3 Students are to present the receipts for the three levels
d. Students I. D. Card
e. Any other relevant documents

Furtherance to that, clearance form will be issued to successful students after the exercise at the Bursary Department and it must be signed by all concerned designations before being laminated.
