Subject: Screening Exercise

Date: 16th April, 2025

This is to bring to the notice of all students (NCE 1-3) that screening exercise and verification of payment receipts will be conducted from Monday 5th - Friday 16th May, 2025.

All students are therefore directed to come for the screening with the following:

a. Duly signed course registration forms

b. Receipt of payment of school fees for 2024/2025 session

c. NCE II & III Students are to present the receipts for all the levels.

d. Students ID Card

e. One recent passport photograph

f. Any other relevant documents

Furtherance to that, examination clearance will be issued to successful students after the exercise at the Bursary Department and it must be signed by all concerned designations before being laminated.
Please note that the duly signed examination clearance will be only the pre-requisite into the forth coming examination.

Subject: Distribution of Matriculation Gowns

Date: 10th February, 2025

This is to inform all matriculants that collection of matriculation gowns will be at their respective schools. All prospective matriculants are to tender evidence of school fees payment and duly signed course forms to the school secretaries at the point of collection.

It is the hope of the College Management that students will adhere to the above guideline.

NOTICE OF TRCN INDUCTION

This is to inform the
general public that TRCN induction ceremony is scheduled as follows:

Day: Tuesday 18th February 2025.

Time: 10:00 a. m. prompt

Venue: School of Science Complex (CADLEP Centre)

It should be noted that only those candidates who had passed TRCN examination and certified by the Council are slated for the induction.

In view of the above, prospective inductees are to make payment of five thousand naira only (N5000) payable to the College account via the portal and present duly signed receipt to collect academic gown from the College TRCN coordinator.

The Management congratulates all prospective inductees .

Subject: 2024/2025 NCE I Students Matriculation Ceremony

This is to bring to the notice of all staff and students of the College that the 2024/2025 Students Matriculation Ceremony is scheduled as follows:

Date: Wednesday 12th February, 2025

Time: 9:30 a.m. prompt

Venue: College Auditorium

All Deans/Directors/ HoDs/HoUs and Matriculants are by this notice invited and expected to be at the procession (Registry Department Arena) by 9:20am.

All Academic Board Members are to join the procession from the Registry to the Matriculation venue.

The Ag. Provost and her Management team wish all staff and students a happy matriculation ceremony.
