This is to inform all matriculants that collection of matriculation gowns will be at their respective schools. All prospective matriculants are to tender evidence of school fees payment and duly signed course forms to the school secretaries at the point of collection.

Notice: The College Community

Subject: 2024/2025 NCE 1 Students Orientation Exercise

Going by the 2024/2025 College Academic Calendar, I am directed to bring to the notice of the College community that the 2024/2025 NCE 1 students orientation exercise which was earlier scheduled for Thursday 16th January, 2025 has been rescheduled to Thursday 30th January, 2025.

2. In view of the above, NCE 1 Students matriculation ceremony, earlier slated for Thursday 5th February,2025, has now been shifted to Thursday 12th February, 2025.

3. Consequently, first semester examination for all NCE 1 Students will come up immediately after resumption for second semester.

All other information pertaining to the above shall be communicated in due course as each programme approaches.

This is to bring to the notice of all staff and students of the College that the 2024/2025 Students Matriculation Ceremony is scheduled as follows:

Date: Wednesday 12th February, 2025

Time: 9:30 a.m. prompt

Venue: College Auditorium

All Deans/Directors/ HoDs/HoUs and Matriculants are by this notice invited and expected to be at the procession (Registry Department Arena) by 9:20am.

All Academic Board Members are to join the procession from the Registry to the Matriculation venue.

The Ag. Provost and her Management team wish all staff and students a happy matriculation ceremony.

It has been observed that students indulge in various forms of examination malpractice during LCVP Programmes.

In view of that, the college management has therefore directed all invigilators and examination supervisors to ensure that students are checked into various examination halls by their means of identification and other  examination requirements.

Invigilators are to ensure strict compliance.
